Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place the butter, cocoa, and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave
the mixture at 50% power for 20 seconds; stir until smooth. Add the eggs,
egg whites, confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir the
mixture to mix well. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Pour into seven
6-ounce custard cups that have been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Place custard cups on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12
minutes or until a thermometer inserted near the center reads 160 degrees.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 1 minute. Run a knife around the
edge of the custard cups and invert onto individual dessert plates. Serve
immediately.

FRUIT TOPPED TINY CHEESECAKES

CRUST:
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter, melted

FILLING:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 pkgs (8-oz)cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
1 can (21-oz) fruit pie filling of your choice ie cherry, peach,
strawberry, blueberry

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin tins with cupcake
liners; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Graham cracker crumbs, the 2 tablespoons of
sugar, and the butter. Divide the mixture evenly among the lined muffin
tins and press the crumbs to form a solid layer in each cupcake liner.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

Reduce oven heat to 325 degrees.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese on medium-high speed
until light and fluffy. Add the 1 cup of sugar and continue to beat until
smooth. Scrape the inside of the bowl to be all the mixture is in the
bowl. Reduce the speed to low and add the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla;
mix just to incorporate. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with the cream
cheese mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Top with the fruit
filling and refrigerate until ready to serve.

* 1/8 ts salt
* 1/8 ts nutmeg
* 1 ts cinnamon

Instructions:

Peel and core the apples. Slice apples into eighths. In a large non-stick
skillet, render bacon drippings. Place the apples evenly over the bottom
of the skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice, brown sugar, and salt (in that
order). Cover skillet and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, or until
apples become tender and juicy. Uncover skillet, then sprinkle with
cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir mixture well. Simmer for a few minutes until the
pan juices begin to thicken. Serve hot!

How To Make Classic Chili And Bean-Less Chili Recipes

When it comes to making chili, I enjoy making it all year long. During the
summertime, its a nice family dinner that doesn't require the use of an
oven on a long hot summer day. During the winter, chili is a great meal
during those long dark cold winter days.

The first recipe is a classic recipe...but the second one is a Texas-style
bean-less version. If you enjoy making freezer meals, I would suggest
using the first recipe as it freezes well for future meals. Each one will
feed 4-6 people.

Classic Chili Recipe

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
dash of cloves
2 large cans kidney beans plus juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons basil
4 cups tomato juice
1 can crushed tomatoes

Note: If you like it really spicy, you can increase the chili powder to 4
tablespoons.

In a large skillet, brown your lean ground beef with minced garlic and
finely chopped onions until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain grease
from beef and set aside. In a large stock pot, combine all of the above
ingredients including the spices. Stir in the browned ground beef. Turn
heat to low and simmer for approximately 45 minutes or until its done.

Bean-less Beef Chili

2 lbs. lean boneless beef chuck
1/4 cup salad oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 green peppers, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons table salt
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
3 cups water
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese for garnishing

Rinse and cut beef chuck into 1" cubes and set aside. In a large stock
pot, heat salad oil over medium heat and add in the beef cubes. Brown beef
cubes on all sides until they are no longer pink. Remove beef cubes and
set aside. Stir chopped onions, green pepper and garlic in the stock pot
for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring every 2-3 minutes. Return the
beef cubes to the stock pot and then add in the can of tomatoes with
liquid and remaining ingredients, except for the cheese. Bring to a boil
and then reduce heat to a simmer, cover stock pot and cook over low heat
for 1 hour or until done. Ladle chili into bowls and sprinkle Monterey
Jack cheese on top.

If it's too hot to cook, you are in the mood for salad, you are trying to
eat healthier, or for whatever reason you may be looking for a salad with
sustenance, here are some entree salads you need to try. The Turkey

1 cup strawberries

Cut strawberries in half. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries and
the grapes; set aside. Separate lettuce leaves.

To make salads, line four salad plates with the lettuce leaves. Arrange
turkey over the lettuce leaves. Arrange the strawberries and grapes over
the turkey. Pour desired amount of dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with
the sliced almonds.

6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15-oz) chili beans
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped or shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 medium pkg tortilla chips, crushed
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (pepper Jack is even better)
Salsa, if desired

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Invert 3 6-oz
custard cups on each of the baking sheets; place about 3-inches apart.
Spray the tortillas with nonstick cooking spray and drape one tortilla
over each inverted cup. Bake at 425 until lightly browned and crisp, about
8 minutes. Let stand until cool.

Meanwhile, brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir meat
to crumble. Drain the meat to remove excess fat. Return meat to the
skillet and add the chili beans. Simmer mixture, stirring frequently, for
about 5 minutes.

Invert the tortilla bowls and layer with lettuce, beef mixture, green
onions, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with chips and cheese. Add a dollop of

Myth Two – Game Testers Make Over $100 Per Hour:

Yeah, if you have over 10 years of experience! The fact is that when you
start as a video game tester you will most likely make $8-12 per hour. The
reason for this is because anyone who loves games can become a game tester
and you don't actually need to have a degree although if you do you make

Chicken Manchurian- A Famous Chinese Cuisine

Chicken Manchurian is a famous Chinese cuisine. It can be prepared in a
number of ways. It can be cooked either with beef or meat or chicken. The
most preferred chicken Manchurian is the one that is prepared with
pineapple. Pineapple is preferred because it makes the Manchurian much
more appealing and the taste of the Manchurian increases many fold. It
even acts as a sweetening agent thus making the Manchurian a little sweet
in taste. Vinegar is not preferred in this dish because it gives a very
sour taste but it can be added if one really likes sour dishes. This dish
does not take very long time to be cooked. It just takes around half an
hour to prepare this dish. It serves four people well.

Ingredients required preparing chicken Manchurian

Fried Chicken requirements:

a) Boneless chicken- 500 grams. The chicken must be cut into very small
cubes.

b) Flour (which is used for all basic purpose) – half a cup

c) corn flour-two tablespoons

D) egg-one

E) A pinch of table salt

f) oil- for the purpose of deep frying

Requirements for the Manchurian Sauce:

A) Chopped pineapple- half a cup.
b) Garlic cloves. The garlic cloves should be finely chopped.
c)tomato paste-half a cup
d)tomato ketchup- half cup
e)chili garlic paste- one fourth cup
f)red pepper(crushed)- three or four
g)red pepper –powdered- half tablespoon
h)Salt-according to taste
i)water-half a cup
j)oil- one fourth cup
k)Cornstarch as per the requirement

How to cook chicken Manchurian

Firstly marinating of the chicken is important. Prepare the marinating
mixture. Mix all purpose flour, salt, corn flour and eggs in a mixing
bowl. If the batter appears a little thick then one may add a little cold
water to it. Cold water provides consistency to the batter and makes it
good enough for marinating. Coat all the pieces of chicken with the batter
and keep them for sometime.

Next step involves heating the oil in a deep sauce pan. After the oil is
properly heated put into it the pieces of marinated chicken slowly one by
one. The flame of the gas must be kept really slow so as to prevent the
pieces from roasting. A high flame may cook the marinated chicken only
from outside and the inner part may remain uncooked. Thus always keep the
flame slow. The chicken must be cooked till it turns light brown in color.
This is an indication that the chicken is properly cooked.

Now we will prepare sauce for the Manchurian. For preparing the sauce one
must heat a little oil in a deep sauce pan and then add garlic to it.
After adding garlic to the oil fry it for around a minute till the aroma
of garlic is felt all in the kitchen. Apart from providing taste it also
provides aroma thus making the dish really tempting.

Next step includes adding the pineapple pieces to the pan followed by the
chili garlic sauce, the tomato ketchup and the tomato paste. All should be
mixed properly in the pan to make it a homogeneous mixture. This should be
cooked properly on the medium flame for around two or three minutes. Thus
when one sees a little boil in the mixture then it is considered to be
cooked properly.

Next add the pieces of fried chicken to the mixture. After that add the
powdered red chili & the crushed chili. Then add salt according to taste
and water according to the requirement.

Next stir the mixture properly with light hands to make sure that
everything is properly cooked.

Add a little corn starch and cook the mixture for a few minutes.

The Attraction of Skill Games

A game of skill is a game where the result is determined generally by
mental and/or physical skill, as opposed to pure chance or luck.

I was doing research recently as we wanted to add a Learn Skill Games
program to our gambling information site and along the way, I discovered
the attraction of these games.

Not only do players revel in the challenge and the wide variety of game
choices/types, but also the mention of checkers, dominoes, hangman and
jigsaw puzzles brings on fond childhood memories. Most of us then
graduated to rummy, backgammon, scrabble and the ultimate challenge-chess.

While skill games will never replace casino gambling online or off in
popularity, it is a universal internet topic with a multitude of sites
offering free or tournament play.

I classify 7 skill game types as follows: Card, Board, Dice, Tile, Word,
Puzzle and Sports Games.

As skill games is such a broad topic and could not be covered in a single
article, I will present examples for each game type and offer a brief
description and/or history for each.

1) Card Games: use a deck of cards as their central tool. Examples are
Rummy, Bridge and Canasta. Rummy has many 'cousins' or versions. To name a
few, there is the world famous, Gin Rummy along with Oklahoma Gin, Knock
Rummy, Continental, 500 Rum or Pinochle, Kalookie and Pan or Panguingue.

2) Board Games: maintain turn-based play in that one player's
move/strategy is followed by their opponents' move/strategy. Players can
only move at their turn. Examples are chess, checkers and backgammon.

The origins of these board games go back centuries. Chess became so
popular that other games took second place during the middle ages. It's
not certain if chess was invented by one or more people, but warfare was a
likely reason for its development.

Checkers is believed to have originated in the desert country of Egypt
where it was known as Alquerque around 650 BC, though there are caves from
1400 BC that depict Alquerque like images.
The game was played by philosophers and thinkers such as Plato and Homer
as it provided immense mental challenge.

3) Dice Games: use a number of dice as their central tool. Board games
often use dice to determine a player's standing in the game; however, dice
alone generally don't determine the outcome of the game in relation to
other characteristics like strategy or skill. Examples are Sic Bo, Yahtzee
and Poker Dice.

Poker Dice is one of the most famous dice games, especially online. The
dice display replicas of playing cards instead of numbers. Each of the six
sides represent Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Ten and Nine that are used to form
a Poker hand. The object of the game is to make the best poker hand.

4) Domino/Tile Games: utilize a central tool of a set of tiles called
dominoes that have two ends, each with a given number of dots or pips.
Therefore, each combination has 2 possible values and each domino is
unique in the set. Most domino/tile games are 'card games without the
cards'. Examples are Dominoes, Pai Gow and Mahjong.

Who invented the game of Mahjong? In all probability, this game was
devised by Confucious, who traveled in China during that era. He was fond
of birds - perhaps that is why the game was christened as Mahjong, which
denotes a sparrow. Perhaps the 3 cardinal virtues professed by Confucious
were represented through three dragon tiles--red, green, and white.

5) Word Games: so many word games, so little time. A short list of
examples is Scrabble, Hangman, Cryptograms, Jotto, Jumble, Acrophobia and
Wheel of Fortune.

6) Puzzle Games: puzzle me these examples-Sudoku, Crosswords, the oh, so
frustrating--Rubik's Cube along with a group of way cool online
puzzles--Bejeweled, Deal or No Deal, Chuggles and Jungle Bubble.

7) Sports Games: merge physical and mental skills. Examples are Billiards
and Darts. Sports Games of football, rugby, basketball and soccer require
'big time' physical and mental skills.
